Associate Capital Markets (New York)

An established US capital markets team is seeking a lateral associate to join its corporate practice in New York. The team advises on public and private securities offerings, debt and hybrid financings, and related governance and disclosure matters, including evolving ESG and sustainability-linked transactions.

The role offers hands-on deal work across industries and jurisdictions, working with a multidisciplinary team on complex securities transactions and disclosure obligations. Candidates will join a high-volume, sophisticated capital markets practice with opportunities for substantive drafting and client-facing responsibility.

• Minimum of 2 years' law firm experience in capital markets or securities transactions
• Juris Doctor and admission (or eligibility) to practice in New York
• Demonstrated experience drafting offering documents, disclosure filings and transactional agreements
• Strong academics, excellent drafting and communication skills, and the ability to manage deal deadlines in a fast-paced practice
