Associate, Capital Markets (New York)

Short-term hiring for associates to join a New York-based capital markets team focusing on US securities offerings. The role is suited to candidates with substantial transactional experience in public and private capital markets matters.

Associates will work on securities filings, IPOs and other equity and debt offerings as part of a collaborative transactional group. The team handles high‑profile, cross‑disciplinary deals for corporate clients.
