A growing capital markets team in Singapore is hiring two junior associates to support India-focused debt and equity transactions. You will work on cross-border offerings including Rule 144A/Reg S deals, IPOs, QIPs, block trades and bond issuances, closely with partners and senior associates across the Asia Pacific network.

This is a transactional role on a market-leading capital markets desk, offering significant exposure to India-related mandates for investment banks, issuers and underwriters. The team values collaboration, high-quality drafting and pragmatic commercial advice in a fast-paced environment.

Candidates must be able to start by January 2027 and will benefit from structured training and an inclusive, development-focused environment.

Qualified lawyer in India, England & Wales and/or Singapore (or equivalent).
Up to 5 years' post-qualification experience with demonstrable India capital markets experience.
Experience on debt and/or equity capital markets work, including Rule 144A/Reg S offerings, IPOs, QIPs, block trades or bond issuances.
Strong drafting, analytical and legal research skills; organised and able to manage multiple deadlines.
Commercial mindset, excellent communication skills and a collaborative team approach; available to start by January 2027.
