Associate, Debt Capital Markets — Singapore

A junior associate role within a market-leading Capital Markets team based in Singapore focusing on debt capital markets and bond transactions across the region. The team works on cross-border and domestic DCM matters and supports a broad corporate and financial institution client base.

This is a hands-on role expected to draft transactional documents, support deal execution, and liaise with senior lawyers and clients. The environment is collaborative, fast-paced and offers structured training and development.

• Singapore-qualified lawyer
• Up to 2 years PQE in capital markets / debt capital markets work
• Experience on bond issuances and DCM transactions
• Strong drafting, organisational and communication skills
• Commercial judgment and ability to manage multiple deadlines in a team setting
