Join the Capital Markets team of a leading international law firm’s Stockholm office. The group advises on the full spectrum of securities transactions—equity and debt offerings, IPOs, public M&A, corporate governance and related capital markets work—on cross-border matters with a strong international remit.

This is an entry-level role for candidates who are at the end of their law studies or have recently graduated. You will work on transactional matters in a team environment, support senior lawyers, and be given early responsibility to develop technical skills across capital markets workstreams.

The office operates closely with colleagues across major financial centres, so the role suits candidates who enjoy international teamwork and client-facing assignments.

Near-completion of, or recent completion of, a law degree (juristexamen)
Genuine interest in business and capital markets law
Comfortable working project-based, at pace, and as part of a team
Strong Swedish and very good English language skills
Commercial awareness; background in economics or relevant work experience is a plus
