Join a specialist Charities & Social Ventures team advising impact-driven organisations, philanthropists and social enterprises on governance, regulatory and transactional matters. The group handles complex, cross-sector and cross-border work, supporting clients from start-ups to long-established charities on growth, international expansion and sustainability.

The role offers exposure to charity regulation, innovative structuring and collaborative work across specialist teams (tax, private client, property and litigation) to deliver integrated legal solutions. The team values practical, tech-aware advice and works with novel, high-impact matters that shape the sector.

1–3 years PQE in English law (or equivalent experience)
Strong academic background and excellent drafting skills
Experience or strong interest in charity/regulatory work and cross-border matters
Excellent organisation, client-care and communication skills; able to manage own workload
Proactive team player, resilient under pressure and willing to support occasional out-of-hours client needs
Interest in legal tech/AI tools and in contributing to business development
