Growing commercial disputes team in Manchester is recruiting a 3+ PQE associate to support a varied caseload across domestic and cross-border commercial litigation and alternative dispute resolution. The role offers exposure to a broad range of sectors and specialist sub-areas such as fraud, insurance, construction and IP disputes.

You will work closely with senior litigators on complex cases and have clear opportunities for technical development, client-facing experience and business development. The team operates collaboratively across UK offices and internationally, providing a platform for progression within a busy, high-performing practice.

Qualified solicitor with 3+ years' PQE in commercial litigation or disputes.
Strong technical knowledge of civil litigation procedures; experience with court and arbitration proceedings advantageous.
Excellent drafting, advocacy-support and client-facing skills; commercial, pragmatic approach to dispute resolution.
Ability to manage competing deadlines, work collaboratively across teams and engage in BD/marketing activity.
