Seeking an Associate to join a Milan-based team specialising in corporate compliance and criminal law. The role is focused on non-contentious compliance work and defensive investigations, supporting internal oversight bodies and advising on organisational models under Italian law.

The successful candidate will work on risk assessments, drafting and updating organisational, management and control models, and providing ongoing support to Supervisory Bodies. The team offers structured training, a collaborative environment and clear opportunities for professional development.

Laurea in Giurisprudenza with strong academic record
1–2 years' post‑graduate experience, preferably in law firms or comparable professional settings
Practical knowledge of d.lgs. 231/2001 and experience in risk assessment and drafting/updating organisational models
Experience supporting Organismi di Vigilanza and conducting defensive investigations; role is predominantly non‑contentious
Excellent written and spoken English; further qualifications (Master or specialist training in compliance/penal corporate law) are a plus
