We are seeking a Junior Associate to join a Milan-based team focused on privacy, data protection and data-security matters. The role will involve advising on GDPR‑related workstreams, NIS2 compliance, development of data‑processing policies and measures to prevent cybersecurity incidents, for a mix of national and cross‑border clients.

The successful candidate will join a collaborative, international practice with structured training, opportunities for secondment to other offices and ongoing language and professional development. The environment is agile and team‑oriented, with exposure to complex, structured matters from the start.

Newly qualified or 1–2 years PQE in data protection/privacy law
Practical experience with GDPR, NIS2 and drafting/advising on data‑processing policies and cybersecurity prevention measures
Excellent academic record
Fluent English (written and spoken)
Comfortable with standard IT tools and an ability to work in international teams
Flexible, adaptable, and strong problem‑solving skills
