Associate — Construction (Non-contentious)

Established, full-service international law team is recruiting a non-contentious construction associate to be based in the UK. The role sits in a cross-border construction & engineering group that advises on large-scale energy, infrastructure and built-environment projects.

The postholder will handle their own matters while collaborating with national and international colleagues across practice and sector groups. Work will focus on contract drafting, risk allocation and commercial advice on major projects, with exposure to government, public sector and private clients.

• Qualified solicitor with c.2 years' post-qualification experience in non-contentious construction law.
• Demonstrable experience with standard form construction/engineering contracts (NEC, FIDIC and/or JCT).
• Strong technical drafting and commercial advisory skills on energy, infrastructure or large built-environment projects.
• Excellent client-facing communication, organisation and a collaborative, client-service mindset.
