Solicitor / Associate — Real Estate (Renewables)

A solicitor/associate level role within a well-established Real Estate team specialising in renewable energy projects. The position is open to candidates for the Aberdeen, Edinburgh or Glasgow offices and offers broad exposure to renewable energy transactions and project work.

The team advises developers, funders and law firms on a range of onshore and offshore renewables matters. The role provides strong training, file ownership and the opportunity to develop client-facing and business development skills within a growing practice.

• Qualified solicitor with 1–4 years PQE.
• Experience in real estate transactions, ideally with exposure to renewable energy or infrastructure projects.
• Strong drafting and commercial awareness; ability to manage files and support senior fee-earners.
• Willingness to contribute to business development and client relationship activity.
