Associate — Construction Professional Indemnity, London

Join a well‑regarded Construction Professional Indemnity (PI) team in London, supporting a national and international insurance and construction disputes practice. The role involves managing complex, high‑value PI matters for construction professionals and insurers across litigation and alternative dispute resolution.

Workstreams include defending claims against architects, engineers, contractors and consultants; advising on policy coverage and notifications; and handling litigation, arbitration, adjudication, mediation and negotiated settlements. You will collaborate closely with UK and international colleagues on multi‑jurisdictional matters.

• 4–7 years PQE with demonstrable experience in construction professional indemnity or professional negligence litigation.
• Experience acting for insurers or insureds in PI disputes; construction sector experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, professional duties and technical documentation.
• Excellent legal analysis, drafting and case management skills; confident client handling.
• Team‑oriented with willingness to supervise junior colleagues and contribute to practice growth and business development.
