Join a national property litigation team handling mixed landlord and tenant disputes for public and private sector clients, including social landlords, local public bodies and commercial landlords. The team covers a broad range of property litigation matters, with a current emphasis on defendant housing disrepair work alongside possession, rent recovery, estate management and business lease matters.

The role offers a genuine opportunity to manage a personal caseload, support and develop junior colleagues, and contribute to business development and team growth. The position is offered on a hybrid working basis and sits within a fast-growing, multi-office property litigation practice.

Solicitor qualified in England & Wales (or equivalent) with experience in property litigation
Practical experience of housing disrepair and residential landlord/tenant matters desirable
Ability to manage a mixed caseload, meet deadlines and achieve KPIs
Strong drafting, IT and case-management skills; excellent communication and time-management
