Apply in confidence →International corporate team seeking a junior lawyer to support cross-border transactional work and investment-structuring matters in Myanmar and the wider Asian market. The role involves drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, conducting due diligence and providing regulatory advice to multinational investors, embassies and local corporates.
You'll join a compact, multidisciplinary office that offers integrated corporate, tax and administrative support to clients investing in a developing market. The position is hands-on, client-facing and suits candidates who want long-term regional exposure and to help shape legal practice in a fast-evolving jurisdiction.
- Law degree and admission to practise in home jurisdiction
- 0–2 years' post-qualification experience (transactional / corporate focus)
- Strong commercial drafting and due-diligence skills
- Fluent English (written and spoken) with clear client-facing communication
- Comfortable working independently in a small, fast-paced office and adapting to a developing legal environment
- Willingness to relocate to and work long-term in Myanmar / Asia
- Preferred: European bar admission (DE/AT/CH/BE/NL), knowledge of Common Law and taxation
