An international law firm with approximately 1,000 attorneys is seeking a highly qualified corporate associate with 4–6 years of transactional experience for its Hong Kong office. The role sits within an internationally recognized Corporate practice group.

You will work on challenging and groundbreaking matters alongside senior attorneys, with opportunities for meaningful responsibility and collaboration across the team.

4–6 years of relevant post-qualification experience in corporate finance, including IPO, SFC takeovers code, and listing rules compliance
General M&A and commercial experience
Some exposure to family law / trust law (preferred but not essential)
Excellent academic credentials, analytical skills, and written and spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua and Cantonese)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
