Associate - Corporate / M&A, Brisbane

Experienced corporate associate sought for a busy Brisbane corporate and M&A team. You will work on a range of commercial transactions and cross-border deals for corporate clients, supporting partners and senior associates through all deal phases.

The role offers hands-on transactional experience, exposure to complex acquisitions and disposals, and regular client contact within a collaborative team environment. The team acts across industry sectors and on both domestic and international matters.

• Previous corporate / M&A transactional experience at a law firm.
• Admitted or eligible for admission in Australia.
• Strong academic background and proven commercial drafting and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in deal teams and manage project deadlines.
