Associate — Corporate (M&A), Düsseldorf

Seek a corporate associate to join a busy Düsseldorf corporate team advising on complex corporate law transactions, including mergers, demergers, reorganisations and cross-border integrations. Work will include transactional support on both domestic and international matters.
