Associate – Corporate/M&A, Düsseldorf

An international law firm is seeking a full-time, permanent Associate to join its Corporate/M&A practice in Düsseldorf. The role offers the chance to work on complex, cross-border projects within a strong, motivated team and a genuinely international environment.

You will advise on mergers and acquisitions, takeover offers, joint ventures, private equity transactions, and restructuring and corporate structural measures. The work spans innovative and demanding questions for a broad range of clients.
