Seeking a corporate associate (3–5 years' experience) to join a busy private equity M&A practice in the Chicago office. The role involves owning discrete transaction workstreams from deal inception through closing, drafting and negotiating acquisition and equity documents, conducting and translating due diligence, and supporting post-closing portfolio company matters.

You will work on complex, fast-moving transactions with cross-functional teams (tax, finance, benefits, real estate, IP, litigation) and take responsibility for driving deal execution and managing tight timelines. The position includes mentoring junior team members and regular client-facing interaction.

Active Illinois bar membership in good standing
