Associate — Corporate (M&A & Private Equity) — Milan

Global corporate team is seeking an M&A Associate to join its Milan office. The role focuses on cross-border M&A, private equity transactions, corporate restructurings and related governance matters, working as part of international deal teams.

You'll advise on complex transactions, draft and negotiate documentation, and collaborate with colleagues across jurisdictions. The position offers exposure to high‑value, multi‑jurisdictional matters and structured professional development.

• 1–5 years post‑qualification experience in M&A / private equity
• Strong experience on cross‑border transactions and corporate restructurings
• Admission to the Italian Bar required
• Excellent drafting, negotiation and commercial judgment
• Fluency in Italian and English; strong knowledge of Italian corporate law
