Top-tier corporate group in the San Diego office is seeking a mid-level associate (4–7 years) to join its public and private company practice. The role focuses on capital markets work, SEC ('34 Act) reporting and exchange compliance, and corporate governance matters for sophisticated public-company clients.

Ideal candidates will be comfortable managing client relationships and day-to-day workflow for public company matters and will have experience with financings, M&A or representing high-growth businesses. 4–7 years PQE in corporate practice (public and/or private company experience)
Experience with capital markets transactions and SEC ('34 Act) reporting and exchange compliance
Knowledge of corporate governance and day-to-day public company counseling
Transactional experience (financings, M&A) and exposure to high-growth companies preferred
Prior experience at a national or international law firm and strong academic credentials
