• Qualified lawyer (German qualification or equivalent) with experience in technology, data protection or related commercial work
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills for commercial and technology agreements
• Fluent in German and English, capable of advising on cross-border matters
• Ability to work collaboratively in multi-disciplinary teams and manage client relationships
