Associate — IP/Tech (full-service firm, Germany)

We are seeking qualified lawyers to join a dedicated IP/Tech practice group with offices in Düsseldorf and Stuttgart. The team advises on the full spectrum of IP and technology matters, working closely with other practice areas such as competition, public commercial law and IT/data law.

Work will cover patent and trademark matters, digital economy issues (software, data, AI, IoT), regulatory interfaces (ESG, product compliance) and IP transactions including licensing and collaborations. The role offers exposure to national and international mandates and opportunities for secondments within a global network.

• Fully passed state examinations (mindestens vollbefriedigende Examina)
• Relevant experience in IP/Tech law preferred (patents, trademarks, licensing)
• Business‑fluent English; international experience preferred
• Advanced qualifications (LL.M. or doctorate) welcome; strong strategic thinking, team orientation and interest in new technologies
