Our client, a leading international full-service law firm, is seeking qualified lawyers (m/w/d) to strengthen its IP/Tech practice group. The role is available in Düsseldorf and Stuttgart, working at the intersection of intellectual property and technology within a dynamic, internationally oriented commercial law firm.

IP/Tech is treated as a distinct practice area, benefiting from the firm's full-service approach and numerous interfaces with other fields such as antitrust, public commercial law, and IT law. The practice group covers patent law, trademark law, competition law with its regulatory dimensions (ESG, product compliance), the digital economy (software, data, AI, IoT), and IP transactions including licensing and cooperation agreements.

Lawyers work on cutting-edge matters involving the Unified Patent Court, green brands, AI, and IoT. At least fully satisfactory examination results (vollbefriedigend)
Ideally relevant experience in IP/Tech
Business-fluent English, preferably gained through time abroad
Additional qualifications such as an LL.M. or doctorate are welcome
Strategic thinking, solution-oriented approach, and a proactive, team-spirited attitude with openness to new technologies
