Join a global debt finance team in Brussels advising on a broad range of financing transactions, including syndicated loans, leveraged financings, refinancings and structured finance. The role offers exposure to multijurisdictional matters and regular collaboration with cross-border colleagues in related practices such as M&A, capital markets and project finance.

As an associate you will lead and manage deal processes from initial pitch through to closing and post-closing, draft and negotiate loan and security documentation, conduct legal due diligence and act as a client-facing member of transactional teams. The role includes mentoring junior lawyers and contributing to practice-group initiatives and client development.

Minimum 3 years' PQE in debt finance/corporate finance at a leading international law firm or equivalent experience
Experience on syndicated lending, leveraged finance and/or structured finance transactions
Strong drafting, negotiation and commercial judgment; ability to manage multiple priority matters under pressure
Fluent English plus French and/or Dutch; international experience advantageous
