Join a well-established international finance practice to support complex Belgian and cross-border lending transactions. The role offers exposure to leveraged and acquisition finance, real estate and infrastructure finance, structured finance, securitisation, asset finance, debt capital markets and debt restructuring.

You'll work in a small, collaborative team with direct mentorship from senior lawyers, early responsibility on live matters and opportunities for secondments across offices or in-house. The environment emphasises professional development, flexible working and a clear associate career pathway.

Master's degree in law from a Belgian university; LL.M or specialised master's (banking & finance or equivalent) is advantageous.
0–2 years' transactional banking & finance experience at a global or large local law firm.
Registered or eligible for registration with the Brussels Bar.
Fluent English and proficient French; Dutch is an asset.
Strong drafting and communication skills, attention to detail, analytical ability and a proactive, team-oriented approach.
