Associate — Debt Finance, New York

Mid-level associate role on a global debt finance team based in New York. The team advises on a wide range of syndicated lending and leveraged finance transactions for corporate and sponsor-backed borrowers and lenders.

The role involves drafting and negotiating credit agreements, commitment papers and ancillary finance documentation, and working closely with colleagues across the U.S. and internationally on complex financings.

• Strong analytical skills and ability to manage time and work under pressure
