Associate — Dispute Resolution, Sydney

Join a busy dispute resolution team in Sydney handling complex commercial litigation, class actions and domestic and international arbitration. The group acts for major corporate clients across a wide range of sectors and offers exposure to multi-jurisdictional, high-value matters.

The role offers hands-on responsibility on substantive litigation work, opportunities to work across offices and secondment/learning pathways within a global network, and a collaborative team environment focused on pragmatic, commercial outcomes.

• 3–4 years' PQE in commercial litigation
• Experience or strong interest in class actions and/or financial services disputes preferred
• Demonstrated technical drafting, advocacy support and research skills
• Ability to work effectively across multiple partners/stakeholders and with international teams
• Strong academic background, relevant legal qualifications and client-service orientation
