Associate — Disputes (Government Litigation / Torts), Sydney

A Sydney-based opportunity for an Associate to join a high-performing disputes team focused on government litigation, tortious claims and liability matters. The role offers exposure to intentional torts and abuse claims, coronial inquiries and broader liability litigation.

The team is collaborative and places strong emphasis on professional development and career progression. The successful candidate will work on large-scale, high-value litigation matters across commercial and government contexts, within a supportive and inclusive workplace.

• 1+ years PQE with experience in personal injury, commercial and/or government litigation
• Demonstrable experience or interest in torts, liability litigation, coronial matters or related government litigation
• Strong drafting, written and verbal communication skills
• A commitment to working on large-scale, high-value disputes and to ongoing professional development
