We are seeking a team-oriented associate to join a dynamic Employee Benefits group. This position is open in multiple offices across the Midwest and Mountain regions, offering flexibility and a collaborative environment.

The role involves a broad range of employee benefits matters, including designing and drafting defined contribution plans, defined benefit plans, employee stock ownership plans, employee welfare plans, and executive compensation programs. You will also provide support for mergers and acquisitions, working closely with other practice groups.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ERISA, tax, and related laws pertaining to employee benefit plans. We offer competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package.

At least three years of experience in ERISA, employee benefits, and executive compensation matters
Experience with defined contribution, defined benefit, ESOP, welfare plans, and executive compensation programs
Strong oral, research, and written communication skills
Excellent organizational, time management, and project management abilities
Broad understanding of ERISA, tax, and related laws
