An established Employment and Labor practice group seeks a team-oriented Senior Associate to join its Indianapolis office. The role offers the opportunity to handle management-side employment litigation and counseling, including taking and defending depositions, drafting dispositive motions, and advising clients on litigation strategy.

The ideal candidate will have at least six years of experience and a strong interest in deepening their employment law practice. Experience with wage and hour collective and class actions is a plus.

At least 6 years of employment and labor law experience
