Join a large national employment, pensions and immigration practice as part of a well-established Bristol team. The team advises a broad range of employers across sectors including financial services, healthcare, public sector and commercial clients.

The role offers a varied caseload covering contentious tribunal and High Court work (discrimination, whistleblowing, breach of contract) as well as non-contentious projects such as restructures, redundancy and TUPE matters, including cross‑jurisdictional aspects. There are opportunities to supervise trainees and paralegals and to support business development and training activities.

Qualified solicitor with c.2-5 years' PQE in employment law
Experience handling Employment Tribunal and other contentious employment matters (discrimination, whistleblowing, breach of contract)
Experience advising employers on restructures, redundancy and TUPE; experience with multi-jurisdictional issues desirable
Comfortable advising clients across sectors (financial services, healthcare, public sector and commercial clients)
Strong commercial judgement, confident communicator and able to develop client relationships
Willingness to supervise junior team members and contribute to business development and internal knowledge-sharing
