Join a large national employment, pensions and immigration practice as part of a well-established Bristol team. The team advises a broad range of employers across sectors including financial services, healthcare, public sector and commercial clients.

The role offers a varied caseload covering contentious tribunal and High Court work (discrimination, whistleblowing, breach of contract) as well as non-contentious projects such as restructures, redundancy and TUPE matters, including cross‑jurisdictional aspects. There are opportunities to supervise trainees and paralegals and to support business development and training activities.

  • Qualified solicitor with c.2-5 years' PQE in employment law
  • Experience handling Employment Tribunal and other contentious employment matters (discrimination, whistleblowing, breach of contract)
  • Experience advising employers on restructures, redundancy and TUPE; experience with multi-jurisdictional issues desirable
  • Comfortable advising clients across sectors (financial services, healthcare, public sector and commercial clients)
  • Strong commercial judgement, confident communicator and able to develop client relationships
  • Willingness to supervise junior team members and contribute to business development and internal knowledge-sharing
