Pensions Associate — Employment & Labor

Join a national pensions team that advises employers, trustees and public-sector clients on the full spectrum of pensions work. The role is open across multiple UK offices with a single base office and flexible remote working options.

From day one you will handle high-profile, varied matters across non-contentious and contentious pensions work, gain significant client exposure and contribute to business development. The team combines senior and junior lawyers and provides a supportive, developmental environment.

• Demonstrable hands-on experience in non-contentious pensions work from a reputable team
• Exposure to buy-ins/buyouts and alternative funding arrangements, scheme restructurings and corporate transactions affecting pension schemes
• Familiarity with public-sector pension schemes (including LGPS) and PPF/insolvency-related matters advantageous
• Strong drafting, client-management and business-development skills
