A well-regarded law firm is seeking a team-oriented associate to join its Employment and Labor practice group in its Chicago office. The role involves management-side employment law counseling and litigation within a comprehensive, collaborative practice.

The ideal candidate will bring experience with, or a strong desire to focus on, employer-side counseling and litigation. Exposure to wage and hour collective and class actions is a plus but not required. This is an opportunity to build a focused employment practice within a supportive team environment.

At least 2 years of experience in employment and labor law
Experience with, or interest in, management-side employment counseling and litigation
Wage and hour collective and class action experience a plus
Exceptional academic and professional credentials
Superior research, writing, analytical, and verbal communication skills
