Small, specialist employment team in Frankfurt is recruiting an Associate to advise national and international clients across individual and collective employment matters. Work covers advisory and contentious work, including transaction-related employment, restructurings and high-profile litigation.

Core matters include employee participation and co-determination, collective bargaining, employee share and compensation plans, occupational pension schemes, employee data protection and executive employment arrangements. The role offers early responsibility, mentoring and development within a multidisciplinary, international practice and hybrid working.

  • German legal qualification (over‑average Staatsexamen)
  • Admitted attorney (Rechtsanwalt) or equivalent; relevant employment law experience advantageous
  • Very good English skills; foreign study experience or doctorate welcome
  • Interest in digitalisation/data economy, strong commercial awareness, teamwork and communication skills
