Associate – Employment (Paris)

Growing international firm's Paris office is seeking a junior Associate to join its Employment team. The role offers hands‑on advisory and litigation work on individual and collective labour relations for an international client base, with regular cross‑border matters and collaboration with other offices.

The successful candidate will support partners on complex and sensitive employment issues, produce legal research and opinions, assist with employment litigation, and contribute to business development and client relationship building within a supportive team environment.

• CAPA (French bar qualification) and Master 2 (preferably in Employment Law)
• 0–2 years' PQE, ideally in business law or employment advisory
• Fluent French and full professional proficiency in English, including legal terminology
• Strong drafting and research skills, attention to detail, and ability to work autonomously and in a team
