Associate, Fund Finance — New York

Mid-level associate opportunity in a leading fund finance team based in New York. The role focuses on representing financial sponsors and lenders across subscription credit facilities, NAV facilities, management company financings and other upper-tier financings.

The team is collegial and growing; the role offers substantive transactional work on fund-facing financings and regular client contact. Admission to the New York Bar and strong academic and writing credentials are required.

• 3-5 years' PQE in fund finance, banking or related transactional practice (law firm, sponsor or bank experience)
• Experience on subscription credit facilities, NAV facilities and management company or upper-tier financings
• Admitted to the New York Bar
• Strong academic record, drafting skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment
