An established insurance disputes team with a Bristol office is seeking an Associate (NQ–2 years PQE) to join their General Liability group. The team acts for leading liability insurers on employers', public and products liability matters and works closely with related medical and life sciences specialists.

The role will focus on personal injury claims across fast-track, intermediate and multi-track cases, with opportunities to become involved in health & safety investigations/prosecutions, inquests and product regulation matters. Successful candidates will be trusted to run files with increasing autonomy and to contribute to client service and business development initiatives.

Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive, NQ–2 years' post-qualification experience
Practical experience handling personal injury claims and fast-track litigation
Interest or experience in product regulation and health & safety matters
Strong client-service orientation, commercial awareness and ability to manage files independently
Good attention to detail, organisational skills and experience with Microsoft Office
Commitment to business development and collaborative working
