Join a busy Professional & Financial Risks team within a national insurance practice, based in the Bristol office. The team acts for a wide range of professional indemnity insurers and their insureds on claims against professionals such as solicitors, brokers, accountants and financial advisers.

The role offers hands-on litigation and advisory work across pre- and post-litigation stages, including coverage issues, regulatory matters and Ombudsman complaints. You will manage a varied caseload with scope for autonomy, client contact and involvement in business development and team improvement initiatives.

The team emphasises collaborative working, high client service standards and a supportive, inclusive culture with flexible working arrangements where practicable.

1–4 years PQE or equivalent relevant experience.
Strong grounding in litigation; insurance/PI experience desirable but not essential.
Experience handling professional indemnity or related liability claims and coverage issues preferred.
Commercial mindset, efficient case management and attention to financial hygiene.
Excellent written and oral communication, strong organisational and problem‑solving skills.
Commitment to business development and collaborative team working.
High level of confidentiality and integrity; competent with Microsoft Office.
