Associate, Global Corporate (M&A) — New York

This role suits a mid-senior level associate seeking broad M&A exposure, substantive deal responsibility and regular interaction with senior lawyers across offices. The team offers structured deal experience within a high-profile corporate practice.

• 3–8 years' post-qualification corporate/M&A experience.
• Proven transaction experience (deal execution, drafting acquisition agreements, due diligence).
• Strong commercial judgment, drafting and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively on cross-border matters and manage multiple deal strands.
• Juris doctor or equivalent and admission or eligibility to be admitted in the relevant US jurisdiction.
