Associate, Global Funds (Secondaries) — New York

Mid-level associate role in a global funds secondaries practice based in New York. The team advises on secondary transactions, with a focus on GP-led restructurings and continuation vehicles, fund formation matters and related asset purchase and sale activity.

The successful candidate will join a high‑volume funds group and work on negotiating fund organizational documents and transaction documentation across both limited partnership interests and underlying portfolio company assets.

• 3–5 years' experience in secondaries transactions, preferably including GP‑led/continuation deals
• Admitted to the New York bar
• Experience negotiating fund organizational documents and purchase/sale documentation for LP interests or portfolio assets
• Strong academic credentials and demonstrable transactional experience in fund work
