Associate — Health Liability Litigation, Sydney

Senior associate-level role joining a market-leading health liability practice in Sydney. You will defend large, complex medical negligence and health-related claims across a range of clinical specialties and jurisdictions, including state superior, district and coronial courts.

The role involves drafting pleadings and advices, running court appearances, managing matter workflows and engaging with expert evidence. You will work closely with senior litigators and contribute to strategy on high-value, multi-jurisdictional matters.

• Minimum 2 years' PQE with experience in health liability/medical negligence litigation
• Proven drafting, advocacy and written communication skills
• Experience managing a busy caseload and progressing matters through all stages of litigation
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and engage with experts and external stakeholders
