Associate — Insurance Litigation, Bogotá

A well-regarded international insurance practice is hiring an Associate to join its Bogotá litigation team. The role focuses on insurance and reinsurance work for local and international insurers and brokers, covering coverage disputes, claims handling, arbitration and broader litigation and regulatory matters.

The position sits in a collaborative, global practice and involves handling all phases of litigation, client contact, and involvement in cross-border matters. The role is full time with a hybrid working pattern.

• Approximately 6+ years' experience in insurance litigation or reinsurance disputes
• Proven experience across litigation phases (pleadings, discovery, appeals) and arbitration
• Strong drafting, legal research and advocacy skills
• Experience working on large or cross-border matters in a global environment
• Client-facing experience and business development aptitude
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Excellent organisation and time-management skills
