Leading global insurance practice seeks an Associate to join its Sydney team on a permanent, hybrid basis. The role offers broad exposure across high-quality insurance litigation matters, including financial lines, construction-related professional indemnity, trade credit and commodities disputes.

You will work on multi-party litigation in domestic courts and advise both domestic and London-market insurers, managing matters from inception through to resolution and collaborating with other practice teams across the region.

This is a strong opportunity for a lawyer looking to develop a long-term specialist insurance litigation career within an internationally connected firm, with on-the-job mentoring and cross-office secondment opportunities.

2–4 years PQE in insurance litigation or commercial disputes (or equivalent experience)
Defendant-side insurance experience preferred
Solid courtroom and litigation management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Organised, proactive, able to manage competing priorities and work collaboratively
