Join a high-performing Insurance/Casualty team in Sydney handling defendant-side public liability and personal injury matters. The role involves advising insurers and corporates across a broad range of industries from first instructions through to resolution, with exposure to complex claims including fatalities, recreational injuries, occupier and contractor liability, and worker-to-worker disputes.

You will provide policy interpretation and coverage advice, manage litigation files and work closely with senior lawyers and partners. The team offers mentoring, structured development and flexible/hybrid working arrangements in a supportive culture.

2-4 years' post-qualification experience (PQE) acting for defendants in insurance litigation
Admission to legal practice in New South Wales and a Bachelor of Laws (or equivalent)
Proven experience in public liability and personal injury defence and policy/coverage advice
Strong communication, attention to detail and ability to work independently and collaboratively
