Associate — IP Litigation, San Francisco

Well-established US litigation team is seeking an IP litigation associate to join its San Francisco office. The role focuses on managing and litigating patent and trade-secret matters across the full case life cycle.

Typical work includes drafting pleadings and motions, taking and defending depositions, coordinating discovery, and supervising more junior associates. The team values strong academic credentials, solid law firm litigation experience, and an ability to mentor junior colleagues.

• 3–7 years' post-qualification experience in patent and trade-secret litigation
• Proven experience taking and defending depositions and managing case workstreams
• Comfort supervising and training junior associates
• Strong academic record and prior law firm litigation experience
