Fast-growing IP & Technology Litigation team in San Francisco seeks a 2–6 year litigation associate to handle a broad mix of technology-related disputes. Work will span privacy and data‑security litigation, patent and other intellectual property disputes, internet‑law class actions, AI and content‑moderation matters, and complex commercial matters involving crypto and startups.

The role offers hands‑on litigation experience: drafting pleadings and briefs, conducting legal research, managing discovery, and participating in investigations and enforcement matters. Candidates will join a national practice that represents a range of technology clients and cross‑discipline internal teams.

2–6 years of litigation experience at a law firm or in‑house managing technology litigation
Experience drafting pleadings and appellate briefs, conducting legal research, and handling discovery
Demonstrated interest or experience in technology matters: privacy/data security, AI, internet law, crypto, and IP litigation
Strong academic record, excellent writing and analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities
Must be admitted and in good standing with the California bar
