3-6 years' post-qualification experience in technology transactions or IP-related commercial contracting
Experience drafting and negotiating software licenses, technology development agreements, professional services agreements, and related commercial contracts
Experience supporting M&A and financing transactions with contract/IP diligence and drafting
Strong written and oral communication skills and ability to manage client-facing matters
Member of the California bar preferred (or other U.S. state bar)
