3–6 years' post‑qualification experience in IP and technology transactions
Experience with technology and/or life sciences transactional work
Proven drafting and negotiation skills for commercial, IP and technology agreements
Comfort working on cross‑border matters and collaborating across practice groups
Client‑facing experience and ability to mentor junior lawyers
