San Francisco office seeks a mid-level associate (3–5 years' experience) to join a busy Labor & Employment practice. The role involves defense-side employment litigation (including class and representative actions and single-plaintiff matters), traditional labor work, and employment counseling across offices.

3–5 years' PQE in employment law and/or complex defense litigation
Experience with class/representative actions, single-plaintiff defense, traditional labor matters, and/or employment counseling
Excellent writing, analytical skills, and ability to work effectively across teams and offices
Strong academic record; Order of the Coif, law review, or clerkship a plus
