A growing Labor & Employment group in New York is seeking a talented mid to senior-level associate to join its practice. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced attorney looking for meaningful responsibility and the chance to play a key role in the continued expansion of the team.

The ideal candidate will have traditional labor experience, including collective bargaining, NLRB practice (both unfair labor practice and representation cases), and labor arbitration.

Mid to senior-level associate (graduating classes 2019–2022)
Experience with collective bargaining
NLRB practice, including unfair labor practice and representation cases
Labor arbitration experience
